Obtaining Return Authorization: Once your return request is confirmed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please be sure to include this number when returning the package.
Returning the Item: Ship the item back to us with the original packaging, tags, and all accessories. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely.
